Rating Updates KNSB and FIDE

For the Blitz tournament the results of the games are sent to both KNSB as FIDE for rating updates. For the three open groups of 9 Round Classical the games are sent to both KNSB as FIDE for rating updates. For the Round Robin tournaments the games are sent to KNSB for rating updates.
