These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Participants are encouraged to review them. The Festival uses third-party platforms including BarBlitz and Toernooiregistratie.nl. These platforms act on behalf of the organiser or as service providers depending on their role. The organiser remains responsible for the overall event organisation. Deze platforms hanteren hun eigen voorwaarden en privacybeleid. Deelnemers wordt geadviseerd deze te raadplegen. Het Festival maakt gebruik van externe platforms zoals BarBlitz en Toernooiregistratie.nl. Deze platforms handelen namens de organisator of als dienstverlener, afhankelijk van hun rol. De organisator blijft verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van het evenement. 5. Participation & Conduct EN Participants must comply with event rules, fair play standards, and venue regulations. The organisation reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation in case of misconduct. NL Deelnemers dienen zich te houden aan de regels van het event, fair play en de locatievoorschriften. De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor deelname te weigeren of te beëindigen bij misdraging. 6. Media & Publicity EN The Festival may be photographed or filmed. By attending, participants consent to the use of such materials for promotional and editorial purposes, unless explicitly objected to in writing. NL Tijdens het Festival kunnen foto- en video-opnames worden gemaakt. Door deelname stem je in met gebruik hiervan voor promotionele en redactionele doeleinden, tenzij vooraf schriftelijk bezwaar is gemaakt. 7. Liability EN Participation is at your own risk. The organisation is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or indirect damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. NL Deelname geschiedt op eigen risico. De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal, letsel of indirecte schade, behalve bij opzet of grove nalatigheid. 8. Changes & Cancellation EN The organisation reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. NL De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor evenementen te wijzigen, te verplaatsen of te annuleren bij onvoorziene omstandigheden. 9. Governing Law EN Dutch law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Amsterdam. NL Nederlands recht is van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de rechtbank Amsterdam.
